Jett Voltz, Receptionist

FOCUS Fort Myers Therapy

Receptionist

Jett Voltz, an FGCU business major slated for graduation in 2028, has worked as a receptionist at FOCUS Therapy in Fort Myers since 2024. In training to become a registered behavior technician (RBT) within the FOCUS ABA Therapy Department, Voltz’s long-term goal is earning a master’s degree to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and one day open his own clinic.

“I want to become a therapist because I want to help kids that don’t get the same opportunities that others get,” he said.

In many ways, Voltz and FOCUS have grown up alongside each other. His mother, Jennifer Voltz-Ronco, is a speech-language pathologist and the owner/founder of FOCUS Therapy. His father, Beau Voltz, is a BCBA.

“I’ve been fortunate to have family members in the pediatric therapy field, so I’ve had exposure to it from a young age,” Voltz said. “It’s given me the chance to see firsthand how life-changing these services are for so many kids. I’m excited to start being a bigger part of that.”
