Jennifer Grida has been a registered behavior technician for the FOCUS ABA therapy team since 2019. She spent 10 years as an ESE/special education teacher with an autism endorsement.
“I adore children and always knew I would work with them,” Grida explained. “I love teaching children with different abilities and enjoy figuring out how their minds work.”
A native of Panama City, FL, Grida earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Florida. She is currently working to earn her master’s degree in ABA therapy and ESE from the University of West Florida. As a mother of three boys, she especially enjoys taking the time to get to know what lights up each child and motivates them to learn and grow.
At FOCUS, she says, she appreciates the interdisciplinary approach to treating patients.
